FAQ's

We're just getting started, so this list will grow as we hear more from families. Here's what parents have asked us so far.

What ages do you work with?

Giggles & Glee is designed for kids ages 5–12. Some programs may have slightly different age ranges within that. Check each program page for specifics.

Where are your sessions held?

We currently run sessions in the Ajax/Pickering area within Durham Region. If you're outside that area and interested in bringing G&G to your community, reach out, we'd love to hear from you.

Do I need to bring any supplies?

Nope! we provide all materials for every workshop, camp, and program. Just bring a curious kid!

What's your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand plans change. Reach out to us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we'll do our best to work with you.

Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes! We occasionally run free trial sessions and community pop-up events. Keep an eye on our Programs and Contact pages, or reach out directly to ask about upcoming opportunities.

My child isn't very "crafty" is this still a good fit?

Absolutely. Giggles & Glee isn't about being naturally artistic. It's about giving kids room to experiment, make mistakes, and try again. Some of our favourite moments come from kids who weren't sure at first and ended up completely absorbed in what they made.

How do I find out about upcoming sessions?

Head to our Programs page to see what's currently running, or contact us directly and we'll let you know about upcoming sessions, camps, and community events.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by program. See our Programs page for current rates, or contact us directly for the most up-to-date pricing and any seasonal offers.

What does a typical session look like?

Every session follows the same arc - create, explore, experiment, collaborate, and grow. Kids dive into a hands-on project, work through challenges as they come up, and leave with something they made themselves (and usually a few new ideas too).
